RETURNS:
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase date for store credit only.

Your return will be processed within 4-6 business days. If returned items are deemed in good returnable condition, your credit will be issued equal to the price paid (not including shipping).

EXCHANGES:
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 15 days of receiving your item. We will gladly exchange your item. Only damaged goods will receive return shipping labels. Please email a picture and a brief description of your damaged item to southhaus@gmail.com with EXCHANGE in your subject line.
